Prospective graduate students to pursue Ph.D. in power systems,

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master degree in Electrical Engineering; Or Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience in Electrical Engineering;
2. Technical expertise in power systems, or signal processing, or control, or statistics;
3. Demonstrated research experience;
4. Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Solid publication records in peer-reviewed journals or conferences;
2. Knowledge in power system state estimations;
3. Strong programming ability (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
