Minimum Qualifications:
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering;
Or Bachelor’s degree with at least three
years of experience in Electrical Engineering;
- Technical expertise in power systems, or
signal processing, or control, or statistics;
- Demonstrated research experience;
- Good oral and written communication skills
in English.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Solid publication records in
peer-reviewed journals or conferences;
- Knowledge in power system state
estimations;
- Strong programming ability (e.g., MATLAB,
Python).
