Overview:
In order to highlight the achievements and activities we have been working with the local schools as part of our community outreach program sponsored by NSF, we would like to organize a local workshop to bring all the parties involved in these activities to discuss our approaches, exchange ideas, and brainstorm future developments as a community for engaging the school kids into scientific activities to serve the ultimate goal of improving and enhancing the K-12 education in this nation in general and in our local community specifically.
