Family circle diagram

This will be discussed further at one of the didactic sessions. Relevant readings are available are on electronic reserve at the SUNY Upstate library and can be reached via Blackboard.

You should include, with your family circle diagram, your comments and observations about the process and the final product: what did you learn about your patient from doing the exercise?

While doing your own family circle diagram can be a useful exercise, that's not what this assignment is about. Circle diagrams about yourself, your friends, your classmates, or your relatives are not acceptable for credit.

Blackboard does not have an easy way of accepting pictorial data, so you will have to turn this in the old fashioned way, on paper to my office.
