Mid-course feedback

Around December or January, your preceptor will meet with you to discuss your performance up to that point. This will surely not be the only time such conversations occur, but it does provide a defined opportunity for you to take stock of your work halfway through the course. Your preceptor will share with you a completed form, identical to that used in final grade calculations; however, this mid-year feedback will not count toward your grade. You and your preceptor will be asked to sign the back of the form, simply to indicate that the intended in-person feedback conversation took place, and then your preceptor will return it to the clerkship office.
