The Mission

The overriding mission that we now share is excellence in patient care. From this day forward, every thing you do, or fail to do, should be seen through that lens. You are no longer striving to get honors, to graduate, to become a doctor, or to get into a good residency. Those are minor purposes, too small to sustain you through a long career. The only thing large enough to sustain you is service to your patients. In other words, it's not about us any more; it's about our patients.
