Learning and Teaching

I hope that we will spend this year learning from each other, always with improved patient care as the ultimate goal. A lively exchange of ideas in a safe environment is one important component of learning, and I will try to foster such conditions. I hope that you will do your part by engaging in discussions. And I need to hear from you if ever you find yourself not learning, because that means I am not teaching, and we would need to make some changes.
